Nick & Callista’s Orange Wedding Theme

Nick & Callista’s orange wedding theme exudes with joy. Showcasing them as the people they are, which is also clearly seen through their quirky pre-wedding shoots.

We put in many important elements like, elegance, fun, posh, and vintage into this theme while allowing each element to stand out so well. It’s truly a sight to behold. If you ask us, we’d say keep an eye out for the entrance, photo display and main table decor as you check out their wedding day affair.

The Entrance

The entrance was made of three main elements – the welcome board, seating chart & mini photo display.

Since we went for a rather vintage look, we used gold rods and pipes to custom make our stands for the welcome board which was decorated with real flowers & petals creating a 3D-effect.

And to add-on to Nick & Callista’s playful character we had a seating chart made out of little orange note pads clipped to an iron mesh with a mini photo display of their fun pre-wedding shoots laid on the table.

The Photo Display

Over to the main photo display is where we got extra creative! We decorated the set-up with vintage candle stands and made a DIY hanging photo display attached to the iron rods, and made it look prettier with a gorgeous flower centerpiece.

The Backdrop

The main backdrop was decorated to look chic and vibrant with the couple’s name in acrylic on an orange cloth. Plus, to make it look rather chic we added large flower arrangements which were made of dried fan palm leaves, pampas, palm leaves, baby breath, assorted roses and orange ones too which looked super cute!

The Guest Table

The table seating for the guests were a mix of viking style and round table arrangement to comfortably accommodate everyone in The Grounds.

Both table style decorations were kept to a minimal, with only a flower centerpiece along with candles required to stand out for the guest tables.

The Main Table

The main table was a work of magic! It was clad in orange cloth which was sat upon a white table cloth. Decorated with two flower centerpieces and white pillar candles sat in-between them on a beautiful floral lace cloth.

The bottom of the table was decorated with candles in cylindrical glass vases filled with flower petals and sand. Right above the main table were crystal chandeliers with abundance of palm leaves & pampas hung from the top.

Call it what you want: classy, posh, or even luxurious, but we think this set up is simply timeless.
