compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to
maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Financial Management: Budgeting, monitoring expenses, analyzing sales data, and working
to improve profit margins.
• Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and
enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Compliance: Ensuring that the establishment complies with food safety, hygiene, and health
regulations.
Diploma & Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• 4+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a
management role.
• Experience in restaurant management, catering services, or hotel F&B operations.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for food and beverage trends and keeping up with industry developments.
